Benefits are provided to all eligible employees of Contributing Employers that have been accepted to participate in the Fund and on whose behalf the Contributing Employer is required to make contributions to the Fund.
Your Contributing Employer is required to make specified contributions to the Fund. Participants and beneficiaries may receive, upon written request to the Fund Office, information as to whether a particular employer is a contributing employer and if so, that employer’s address.
